This policy applies to all WhatIO workspaces. Violations may result in suspension without refund and, where appropriate, reports to messaging providers or authorities.

Prohibited uses

• Unsolicited bulk messaging / spam, phishing, scams, or social engineering.
• Malware distribution, credential harvesting, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Harassment, hate, illegal content, or content that violates Meta / email provider policies.
• Scraping or processing personal data without a lawful basis and required notices.
• Attempting to probe, overload, or bypass security, rate limits, or billing controls.
• Reselling access or sharing accounts in ways that defeat seat / plan limits.

Messaging compliance

You must maintain recipient consent, honor opt-outs promptly, and use approved templates where required by WhatsApp Business or other channels you connect.
