Agreement

By creating an account or using WhatIO you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Acceptable Use policies. If you use WhatIO on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

WhatIO provides software for campaigns, workflows, integrations, and related analytics. Features depend on your plan and enabled modules. We may update the product to improve security, reliability, or compliance.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information and protect credentials / API keys.
• Obtain lawful consent for messaging and honor opt-outs and provider policies.
• Ensure imported contact data and campaign content are lawful and accurate.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or security controls.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected cycle until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy. Failed payments may result in suspension.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, legal risk, or material breach. You may delete your account from Account settings. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. WhatIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, message delivery failures by third-party networks, or losses from content you send. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
