Cancellations

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing settings. Access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We review refunds within 14 days of a charge for duplicate payments, confirmed billing errors, or material multi-day outages that prevent core product use.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your workspace name, invoice/reference, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
