Campaigns

Campaigns let you send bulk WhatsApp messages to a contact list using an approved template. The wizard guides you through four steps.

Campaign wizard

1. Channels — Select WhatsApp (and optionally email).
2. Audience — Pick a contact list and optional filters.
3. Message — Choose a template and map variables.
4. Schedule — Send now or schedule for later.

Scheduling

Scheduled campaigns enter the queue at the specified time. Timezone is taken from your workspace settings. Paused campaigns can be resumed from the campaign detail page.

Tracking

Monitor queued, sent, delivered, read, and failed counts on the dashboard overview and per-campaign detail views.
