Quickstart

Get from signup to first campaign in four steps.

1. Create a workspace

Sign up at marketing.komyosys.ai/signup and verify your email. Name your workspace and invite teammates from Settings.

2. Connect WhatsApp

Go to Connections and complete OAuth for your WhatsApp Business API account. Meta template approval may take a few minutes.

3. Import contacts & create a template

Upload a CSV on the Contacts page. Create a message template under Templates and sync with Meta.

4. Launch a campaign

Open Campaigns → New. Walk through channels, audience, message, and schedule. Hit send and monitor delivery on the dashboard.

Message lifecycle

queued → sent → delivered → read
                  ↘ failed

Failed messages are retried according to your queue settings. Check Logs for details.
