Connections

Connections store OAuth credentials for external services. Each workspace manages its own connections independently.

Supported providers

  • WhatsApp — Meta Business API via OAuth
  • Gmail — Send email campaigns and workflow actions
  • Slack — Post messages from workflows

Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest. Only workspace admins can manage connections. Revoke access from the provider's console or disconnect in WhatIO.
